Changes to the Trustee Board

24 April 2025

Following our call for nominations in December 2024, we’re pleased to announce several updates to The Dun & Bradstreet (UK) Pension Plan Trustee Board.

George Prior has given notice that his term of office will conclude in October 2025, after serving as a Trustee Director for over 22 years. George has been instrumental on the Trustee Board with his leadership, dedication, and acute eye for detail throughout this time. We’re grateful for George's significant contributions during his tenure and we wish him well in his retirement from the Board.

This has opened up an additional position on the Trustee Board, which Dave Jones has agreed to fill. Dave will join the Trustee Board when George’s term of office concludes in October. We can also announce that Piers Woolston has been selected to become a Member Nominated Director (MND). Piers brings a wealth of experience as a Trustee Director and has the skills that will be invaluable in continuing to shape the future of the Plan. As we only had two MND nominations, Piers and Dave, both could be accommodated without the need for a ballot. We look forward to welcoming Piers and Dave and benefiting from their contribution and fresh perspectives to the Trustee Board.

We’re also pleased to announce the appointment of Amanda Thrower as an Employer Nominated Director, succeeding Piers Woolston who was previously in this role. Amanda's expertise and dedication will be instrumental in guiding the Trustee Board.

We would like to thank everyone who participated in the process. Your involvement is crucial in maintaining a robust and representative Trustee Board.

Please join us in congratulating Piers, Amanda, and Dave on their appointments and in expressing our gratitude to George for his service. We look forward to their contributions and leadership in the coming years.
